Taskit is an application for managing interventions of technicians on site. It allows companies to plan, organize and monitor the interventions of their technicians in the field. The application data is synchronized with the company’s back office to allow automatic data entry and retrieval of intervention data. Taskit also allows you to manage resources, equipment, costs and teams of technicians in the field. Users can access the application via a website or mobile application, and it can be integrated with existing ERP systems to retrieve data from interventions.
Yes, Taskit also works offline. Technicians can access service information even when there is no internet connection. Once they are connected to the Internet again, all data entered offline is automatically synchronized with the company’s back office.
